Ironworx Gym began in April 2006
when the business was taken over, the gym since has grown over the years
and now has without doubt become “the place to train in Swindon.”
It has the heaviest weights the
heaviest music; it also has the friendliest and most welcoming of
atmospheres and members. Put all this together to make the greatest gym in
Swindon by far.
The gym has a full range of free
weights and benches for all exercises and body parts, including dumbbells
up to 90kg; There is also a full range of resistance machines to hit every
body part too.
The Cardio equipment includes a
variety of bikes, cross trainers, steppers and treadmills as the gym really
does cater for every need.
Finally it’s the only gym in the
area equipped with strongman kit, including Atlas
Stones, a platform especially made for the stones to be loaded on, log
lifts, farmers walk handles, Yokes, Duck Walk handles, Big tyres to flip as
on TV, car deadlift frame plus more.
Swindon is flooded with gyms, if
your just looking for somewhere to get into shape or if you are a competitive
athlete Ironworx gym is definitely the place to train and make the gains
you wish to achieve, and we don’t sell fad diets or useless programmes like
everywhere else.
