A full body high intensity workout using boxing movements. Guaranteed to get you sweating, feeling good and relieve stress.

Body Pump style class. Full body barbell and weight based workout to music. Helps you get lean, toned and fit. 

An over 50's class. Low impact full body workout that concentrates on everyday movements to improve fitness and well-being.

A Cross Fit style class using functional movements for all abilities and experience. This class is a coached class where you will learn the fundamentals of functional movements whilst getting a great workout.
